Is RSM a municipality?
No. Regional Stormwater Management Corp is a private service, training, and coordination organization. It is not a municipality and does not approve rebates.
Does RSM guarantee that a home will never flood?
No. Flood-protection systems can reduce risk when properly selected, installed, maintained, and documented, but no private company can guarantee that flooding will never occur.
Does RSM provide insurance advice?
No. RSM helps organize insurance-ready records, but coverage, claims, acceptance, and premium decisions are made by the homeowner’s insurer.
